While all methods will use story tags, they wont all put them on a Chart on the wall. The difference between ‘Backlog’ and ‘To do’ is … Backlog means its an task/project we have that needs doing at some point, while To Do means we want to get started on it now/soon. An normal firm will always have stories on this chart. Some will move along right- wards and then off as they are completed. New ones will replace them on the Backlog column.
