27 Luggage limitations  One checked suitcase per person due to the luggage restrictions on the Beijing to Shanghai and Shanghai to Hong Kong flights (20 kg, 44 pounds)  Reasonable size carry on Baggage (FYI: United says it must be smaller than L9xH14xW22 or liner 45)

28 Groups / Free Time  Groups Impossible for 50 students to stay together at all times May need to split for tours, bus rides, etc.  Free Time Limited, but there Do your research and explore Pamphlet committees can give suggestions Take advantage of it…you can sleep back in Durham

29 Travel Insurance / Emergency Info.  Travel Insurance is optional Usually only covers personal sickness, death in family, etc. (not simply you don’t want to go anymore) Can be purchased through anyone  School’s Insurance Only covers emergency evacuation (see handout)  Emergency Contact Forms and Waiver Please fill out and return today
