QuickWalls® A typical house build is a time consuming process.
The Sticks & Bricks method is currently the standard. But there are other ways to build a home. Not often do new technologies have such a large potential to revolutionize the building industry. QuickWalls® - the future of residential housing ,replaces the normal timber stud, insulation , brick work and plasterboard construction with a building solution which is: Structurally superior Better insulated Faster to erect Cost effective Environmentally friendly
3
Building technology for the future
QuickWalls® evolved from our research into a light weight building system that’s quick to build replacing the ‘Sticks & Bricks’ method for our own property development projects. We are about efficient building technologies that increased the bottom line: THE PROFIT We make the building process easier by reducing the amount of materials and trades required. We deliver a high thermally efficient system with a process that enables a project to be built faster.

exclusive distributor
Who are we An Australian manufacturing and development company. CEO of QuickWalls ® David Kirkham has: Over 30 years experience in property building and development. We are the exclusive distributor of QuickWalls® - Structural Insulated Panels (also known as a SIP) in VIC, TAS, ACT and Fiji 30 years experience exclusive distributor Australian owned

“Faster and cheaper than traditional building … ”
What is a SIP A Structural Insulated Panel The biggest aim of a 'true SIP‘ is to remove the amount of structural element I.E. timber studs & structural steel in order to create a simple building panel and one that can be easily worked and installed. SIPs are prefabricated solid sheets of building material that are constructed of a layer of rigid foam core, Expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS) sandwiched between Two layers of structural board (MagRoc™). “Faster and cheaper than traditional building … ”
6
What is a SIP Replaces labour intensive traditional building methods
Maintains the structural integrity of walls Faster and cheaper Greater thermal capabilities Preserves a more uniform temperature

QuickWalls® has advantages over other cladding
Competitor snapshot - Why QuickWalls® QuickWalls® has advantages over other cladding & wall system products Hebel Power Panel, an external wall cladding system. Panels are fixed to top hats, a wall battening system which needs to be attached to the timber frame = additional cost Rapid Wall and Riteck are similar to form work products that require filling with concrete on site = additional time Versiclad require timber supports between panels = additional structural SIPs Industries Panels W.A. require external cladding to finish = additional processes QuickWalls ® pricing is more competitive than Bondors products, InsulWall® and BondorPanel = additional levy Need another word for Levy

Strong. QuickWalls® share the same structural properties as a I-beam.
An Engineer would compare this composite with a steel universal l beam, The rigid insulation core ,the EPS acts as a web, while the MagRoc™ board fulfils the function of the flanges Load-bearing -- Instead of having the weight of the structure centred on the frame studs, the entire shell is able to shoulder the load. Impact resistant Fire rated - zero flame spread Termite & Mould resistant Insulated and energy efficient: To be added soon BCA Compliant certificate R rating certificate required Deleted this , heading is Strong High energy rating – higher than Australian standards (R 4.5) 6 Star Rating - up to 60%* saving on energy bills *David, ref for 60% saving Eco-friendly – a green building technology

Fast. Build time is significantly decreased reducing construction costs Replaces a labour intensive traditional construction method of: timber framed stud walls Installing insulation brick work erection externally plasterboard lining internally Quick installation See our time lapse video : Build a house to lock up in 3 days One step process Internal walls finished the same way as normal plasterboard --painted directly over External render and paint finishes are applied directly to the wall panels It will increase your bottom line due to the speed of the building process
10
Simple. Erecting the lightweight 80kg wall panel is similar to standing up pre-cast concrete panels - Minus the crane Can be carried by hand easily with just 2 people. Both inner and outer walls inclusive of insulation are stood up simultaneously. Delivered direct to building site - Perfect for constrained sites with limited access Utilises flat-pack transport efficiencies Once erected, you can immediately install windows and roofing We provide installation training TH – find image of crane. Line thru it

TECHINICAL DATA Meets relevant Australian building standards
Panels are strong enough to build multiple storeys with little additional framing except around openings and point loads Tested for axial, transverse and racking strength - tested as superior to conventional framing assemblies Sound Transmission integrity - reduces outside noise penetrating living environment Thermal Rating R 4.75

TECHINICAL DATA How QuickWalls ® are made:
Panels consist of inner and outer walls Inclusive of insulation made of a fire retardant Polystyrene core Sandwiched between two structural grade Magnesia cement board facings To engineering tolerances In a local factory environment Assembled into wall sections Complete with services within walls External finish: Apply coating, cladding, stone etc. directly to wall panel Internal finish: As per plaster board, once flushed joined – paint directly over wall panels Electrical: Factory fitted conduits running vertically at 300mm centres within EPS foam core APPENDIX. REPLACED WITH TECHNICAL DATA
