9 STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES Voucher System
At buy in, customer is handed a Login Voucher with PIN Select terminal & enter PIN Select any game on offer Games are from 1c to 20c with a MAX bet of 1000 credits On CASH OUT – you exit main screen and take your voucher to “Cash Desk” Customer PIN is entered and paid out Terminals are either LAN or WAN based Cash is kept on the premises Majority of the locations have up to R1000 float If pay out is greater than float – call is made and money is brought to location Terminals don’t have a percentage payback facility Terminals don’t offer any lotteries based on drop

At buy in, no voucher system used – Cash Based Cashier receives money and asks customer what terminal they want to play Then credits are transferred Customer plays credits until credits run out or customer cashes out These terminals give a % cash back feature Percentages rangs from 1% - 50% and is determined by a free spin feature These locations offer Lotteries The amount of Drop determines the amount of tickets earned (1 Ticket = R50 drop) Weekly lotteries from 18h00 – 22h00 with prizes ranging from R200 – R1000 max All locations offer free beverages and in some cases food Average amount of terminals per location is approx. 25 Average spend per customer is approx.
