2 How do the laws of segregation and independent assortment affect the analysis of inheritance patterns? Traits are inherited independently of one another. Ex: Just because you have blonde hair does not mean you will have blue eyes.

3 Dominant vs Recessive Dominant allele is allele that is expressed when two different alleles or two dominant alleles are present (upper case letter= A) Recessive allele is allele that is only expressed when two copies are present (lower case letter=a)
