4. To show grace is to extend favor or kindness to one who doesn’t deserve it, who can never earn it and who can never repay it.

5. There is nothing you can do to make God love you less and nothing you can do to make God love you more.

7. Is your walk of discipleship made up of you trying to do things for Christ?

8. or in allowing Christ to do things IN and THROUGH you?

9. To be in Jesus is not only an outward profession, but also an inward change of heart and indwelling of His Holy Spirit.

10. We are no longer slaves to sin.

11. Just as you inject a turkey with all kinds of spices, Jesus desires to inject those who live by grace with all of His great attributes.

12. When we live the Christian life by the power of the Spirit it is an easy yoke to bear.

13. This FREEDOM given by Jesus is a freedom FROM the slavery of guilt, sin’s power, God’s wrath, satanic and demonic

14. authority, shame, other people’s opinions, expectations or obligations.

15. This FREEDOM given by Jesus is a freedom TO see the power of God transform your spirit, to see the power of God

16. work through you, to know the love of God in a relationship with Him, the joy of Jesus and His peace that passes understanding.

17. The power of God is available to you NON- STOP to bring victory into your life, not defeat.

28. How do we grow in our love for Him?

30. So how can we know Jesus better?

32. To declare the name means to reveal their character.

33. the more we learn about how great Jesus is and how great His love is for us

34. we won’t be able to keep ourselves from falling in love with Him more and more.

35. The work of the Spirit is to put within us this love for Jesus.

36. “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” Psalm 34:8

37. Now that we are His followers our part is to draw near to Him.

38. James 4:8, “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”

39. -Getting to know and love God is a lifelong process.

40. -We must come to Him with the right heart attitude-one of grace.

41. -He wants us to pursue Him and not just His things.

42. -He wants us to be persistent about it.

43. Results: -We can experience the love of Jesus in our lives because the Spirit provides it as fruit.

44. Results: -As Psalm 63:5 tells us He and only He can bring satisfaction to your spirit.

45. Results: -Our love for Jesus will CONSISTENTLY motivate us to live a godly life.

46. Results: -Whatever you lovingly, longingly and lastingly look at, you will become like it.
