About Aie Serve Clubs Aie Serve’s Clubs are development, service and awareness clubs The clubs organize projects and activities to meet the unique needs of their campus or communities Clubs’ members choose their club’s projects, activities, events and fundraisers

Club Goals Aie Clubs Conduct training workshops on leadership, communication skills and conflict transformation Implement social, environmental and community service projects and awareness campaigns Collaborate with other clubs or organizations with similar objectives Promote volunteerism, critical thinking and professionalism Empower youth to have a bigger role in their community

Work Philosophy Horizontal Everyone should have the chance to decide on what is to be done and how to do it Transparent All information is circulated by emails to the team members, nothing is kept hidden Budgets & procedures are accessible by all those who request them Positions Positions and titles give members the responsibility to accomplish tasks NOT the authority to boss others around

DoesDon'ts Collaborate on projects with other clubs with similar objectives Participate in any political/religious activity Participate in other clubs' /groups’ events and activities that are aligned with Aie Serve's mission Discriminate between members based on religion/origin/nationality/sex Congratulate members that do their duties well in public Participate in any activity that doesn't fall under the mission and objectives of the club Invite professors/teachers and staff to participate and attend your events and activities Put up with any members that are causing the club a bad reputation whether through their attitude, integrity or professionalism Seek more information about any person, club, project before going forward with working with/on Launch any activity or event that might cause a bad reputation for the club Does & Don’ts
