13. Also our school changes … Born like lower secondary school in 1943 and called “Scuola Media Governativa”, it was divided from “Liceo Ginnasio Gargallo”. It has the name of “scuola Media” in 1956 and it is dedicated to the poet Giuseppe Aurelio Costanzo, born in Melilli, Siracusa, on 6th February 1841. It is in the quarter of Ortigia, in via Nome di Gesù.
