9 Tips for good goal setting b Do not set to many at one time b Sensible b Always keep it positive & safe b Plan ahead for things that might hinder reaching your goal b Write it down (action plan) & track it. b Tell people who will be supportive b Review & revise your list – How’s it going? b Don’t ever let anybody tell you can’t do something

10 Goals in the Five Areas of Life b Create one realistic short term goal for each of the 4 areas of wellness: physical, social, emotional, intellectual (Leave space after each section) b Create one long term goal from one of the above categories
