Product Overview Helps in managing productions from multiple lines or manufacturing units. A complete solution for production to dispatch process. All barcodes and MRP stickers for products and parts can be generates and scanned. Line wise production report can be viewed. Rework history of products can be maintained. Critical parts can be linked with products and verified. Production to dispatch will be done as per the plan. The Fabriquerhike solution is an alternate of expensive ERP solutions for large manufacturing industries who are manufacturing from multiple manufacturing units or production lines for multiple companies. It has several benefits to the manufacturing industries.

Background A company or manufacture may have multiple products like Refrigerator, AC, RO etc. required their manufacturing details and rework history if any. Using manual error prone system for the production data. A company or manufacture may have many production lines at different locations to manufacture their products but not a uniform system to manage whole productions. Need for real time production, critical part verification, reworks history details. To maintain the centralized database for all productions. Need to single solution for multiple company products and their models. Need to linking critical parts to the products for verification and customer support. Remove the duplicate, wrong model dispatch process for multiple companies. Remove error prone manual process to generate barcodes for all kind of stickers. Rework data history for products required to maintain the quality work production process.

What are the characteristics? Central production system for all manufacturing to dispatch process. Production data can be viewed in real time. No internet required for the productions only local network is required so it will be lead to non breakable production process. All kind of stickers can be generated from the systems. Design and sequence of scanning of parts can be set for products. Multiples rework history of products can be maintained. Critical parts and products can be verified later for customer supports and can be linked with customer relationship solutions. Production to dispatch will be done as per the plan without any error in the system.
