The math answers are generated and displayed real-time, at the moment a web user types in their math problem and clicks "solve." In addition to the answers, Webmath also shows the student how to arrive at the answer. “

3. AAA Math www.AAAmath.com Math Website in both English and Spanish (K-8) “AAA Math features a comprehensive set of interactive arithmetic lessons. Unlimited practice is available on each topic which allows thorough mastery of the concepts. A wide range of lessons (Kindergarten through Eighth grade level) enables learning or review to occur at each individual's current level.”

4. Thinking Blocks http://thinkingblocks.com/ This site uses manipulatives to help students understand how to solve multi-step math word problems and develop algebraic reasoning.

5. Ask Rose www.askrose.org/home.php Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology's Homework Hotline provides free math and science homework help to Indiana students in grades 6 - 12, from 7 -10 PM, Sunday-Thursday, in September to May. Hotline phone also at 1-877-ASK- ROSE.

Get The Math www.thirteen.org/get-the-math This web site uses videos and challenging problems associated with the music, fashion and video game industries to help students realize the importance of math in general and algebra specifically. It is designed to engage middle and high school students.

8. Create a Graph http://nces.ed.gov/nceskids/createa graph/default.aspx Online tools help the user create bar, line, pie, area, and x/y graphs when they enter in appropriate data. Allows user to customize labels in the graph and print and/or save the graph after it is created.

ConceptuaMath www.conceptuamath.com “Conceptua™ Fractions helps teachers and students work together to master fractions by combining flexible, state-of-the-art interactive math tools with scaffolded fractions activities to let students practice with concept models, build fluency and apply their knowledge.”

Math Playground www.mathplayground.com This site has math problems presented as games with manipulatives, math word problems, math logic problems as well as math videos explaining many math concepts.
