1 We had attached the shown bolts to one of the bolt to carry them together from bin to place of application. We placed bolts on the cart and detached them so that they can be picked independently. We tried to fasten the part by picking the bolts individually. We were able to get the 1 st bolt easily but while getting other bolts the above error shows. This error is not shown if we pick & carry bolts individually from bin. Here we have NOT checked/selected “keep uninvolved hand still” option (Refer next slide for other option) We had attached the shown bolts to one of the bolt to carry them together from bin to place of application. 3 While using tasks/commands “Go”, “Put”, “Position”, which involves walking to carry object, human automatically changes hand position. Refer picture above where part is not correctly held by operator while walking. There is no option provided in TSB for tasks/commands “Go”, “Put”, “Position”, grip the part according to user requirement while carrying/walking with the part (means to hold part at required place on part or to hold particular feature of part). Is this because we are using automatic human motions like Go”, “Put”, “Position”, which is otherwise possible by crating postures manually in other software's? 4 How to hide particular via posture from tasks/commands “Go”, “Put”, “Position”? We need to hide via postures as the postures are so close to each other that we cant see final posture closely (postures are overlapped in 3D visualization, like shown in image above)

5 How to delete a particular via posture from tasks/commands “Go”, “Put”, “Position”? We need to delete via posture to edit the working-path/activity When we use command “Clear Via Postures” it clears all the via postures by showing dialogue box as shown in above image. We don’t want to delete all the postures & we want to retain some of them. How to delete a particular via posture from tasks/commands “Go”, “Put”, “Position”? 6 Sometimes we are unable to add “get” activity, in between the sequence of existing activities which are shown on timeline-bar/task –bar (highlighted in red). Above error message popped up when we tried to do this. But when we tried to get the same thing in new environment, same error didn't come at all. By new environment we mean when we create sequence of activities first time in fresh environment & add “get” activity in between, then it works. 7 On editing the task in “put/position” activity,we can only change human posture (shown in next slide) but we are unable to change the destination (final assembly position) of an object highlighted above. How to change object position? Refer image above where “Change Destination” options is not available once the part is positioned. We have to delete the activity if the part position is changed & we have to rework everything. 9 When we have to slide some bigger size part by using “put/position” activity, operator by default use two activities walk & reach. (e.g. moving trolley on ground with caster wheels). While walking, human lifts the object instead of sliding it. Is this related to question in slide 3 where part is not hold properly while carrying/walking with part? 10 Sometimes while changing the destination (orientation/position of body) of human to get the object using “get” activity, the above error pops up. But when we tried the same in other environment, no error is shown.
