12 Min/Max Values Min/Max values can be setup in two modes:
Manual by Part Number Automatic from Gross Requirements Manual setup is made by an authorized user account, placing Min/Max quantities at each of the part numbers of a specific supplier.

13 Automatic Min/Max Automatic mode requires an authorized account to define min/max week factors for a given supplier: For example supplier A is configured with: Min Week Factor = 2 weeks Max Week Factor = 4 weeks Min/Max values for supplier A’s part numbers will be calculated using weekly Gross Requirements quantities: Min = Pas Due + Week 1 + Week 2 Max = Pas Due + Week1 + Week2 + Week3 + Week4 *NOTE: Min/Max calculation is made Monday to Friday at 7:30am CST

14 Automatic Min/Max Example
Min Week Factor = 2 weeks Max Week Factor = 4 weeks Min = 21, , ,992 = 47,359 Max = 21, , , , ,576 = 69,927

15 Suggested Ship Quantity
Suggested Ship Quantity (SSQ) is calculated with the following formula: SSQ = (MAX) - (QOH_WH53+P5) - (IN_TRANSIT) MAX = Max quantity for part number QOH_WH53+P5 = Inventory at Warehouse 53 + Inventory at Plant 5 IN_TRANSIT = Inventory In-Transit from supplier to Plant 4 or from Plant 4 to Warehouse 53 SSQ is triggered only if QOH_WH53+P5 + IN_TRANSIT is less than the minimum (MIN)

16 Suggested Ship Quantity Example
SSQ = (MAX) - (QOH_WH53+P5) - (IN_TRANSIT) SSQ = 178, , ,550 = 51,458

17 THANK YOU!
