2 Faculty of Electrical Engineering History Faculty of Electrical Engineering was established in 1959 720 students, 18 academic staff, 5 departments: Antoninska 1 Department of Radioengineering, Department of Line Engineering, Department of Electrical Power Engineering, tr. Obrancu miru Department of Electrical Engineering Theory, Department of Electrical Machines.

3 Faculty (FEEC) is the 3rd biggest on Brno University of Technology (BUT) 12 departments, 222 academic staff (FTE), research and development, 3900 students in full-time and part-time study: 5 bachelor study programmes, 9 study areas, 2 master study programmes, 9 study areas, 2 doctoral study programmes, 9 study areas.
