3. A city will be assigned to you. While in your city, you will be meeting with retail buyers who may be interested in purchasing your new sneaker line. You will be flying out next Thursday afternoon and returning Sunday morning. On Friday, you will be meeting with your client for breakfast at a restaurant that you have selected. To make a good impression, you will also be required to entertain your potential client by taking them to dinner and to a sporting event, concert, or other cultural event. Saturday you are free to sight see.

Requirements:  Create an itinerary using either Keynote, which outlines your daily activities hour by hour.  Dates and times of travel  Flights  Hotel  Hour by hour list of activities, including where you will be taking your client  Also create a travel budget using Numbers. Your expenses cannot exceed $1,500 unless approved by your boss. Include the following information:  Flight Cost  Hotel (Daily)  Car Rental/Taxi/Subway – your means of transportation  Cost for all meals—broken down into three meals/day and the four days you will be there.  Include restaurant costs for your client  Entertainment: List costs for tickets…..etc.

6. In Keynote, create an outline of what you plan to do on your free time on Saturday and budget put this in your budget.
