North Carolina Emergency Management QUALIFICATIONS NC Local Government Information Systems Association (NCLGISA) Reviews and Approves Team Members for IT & GIS Requirements. Strike Team Members take IS 700 (NIMS), IS 800 (NRF), IS 100 (Intro to ICS), IS 200 (ICS for Single Resources & Incident Action Incidents) and ICS 300 (Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents)

North Carolina Emergency Management STRIKE TEAM One Team Leader and Two Team Specialists. Have own Transportation. Each Member brings Laptop, Printer/Fax, Plotter, and Internet Connection Device/Mifi. Costs approximately $350 per day.

North Carolina Emergency Management CONCEPT OF OPERATIONS County makes Requests through NCSPARTA for Strike Team(s) to provide Incident Site General Information Technology Troubleshooting, Management of GIS Data and Displays and provide Database Management. Strike Team reports to County for Duty.
