Recall The Simple Tips Activity Activity (Alone or in Pairs) If you were asked to produce a self help guide to confidence building what SIMPLE tips might you suggest? A simple tip is something that you can do without anyone else being involved. For example: wear something you like

Possible Tips See (and use) hand-out Do at least one thing you enjoy every day Get involved in something Set yourself a challenge Do something you’ve been putting off Don’t worry about making mistakes Compliment yourself Don’t compare yourself with others To wish you were someone else is to waste the person you are.

Overcoming Negatives Positive Things? How might YOU deal with the negatives? These are the challenges to confidence Activity: Think of a practical problem / challenge that you have faced and how you dealt with it. What did you do? What skills / attributes does it show?
