EMT 111/4 ELECTRONIC DEVICES (PERANTI ELEKTRONIK
2
EMT 111- Electronic Devices WHAT IS ELECTRONIC DEVICES Concerned with or using devices that operate on principles governing the behavior of electrons such as: Diode Transistor Integrated Circuit (IC)
3
EMT111-Electronic Devices WHY YOU NEED TO LEARN THIS COURSE? The electronic gadgets such as cellular phones, wireless LANs, computer and audio system exist as a result of advance electronic technology nowadays. Electronic systems are consist of variety of components and each of these components operates according to one or more fundamental principles. To operate with these system, we need to learn the components and principles that are common to all of them. This course serves as a foundation for the next course.
4
EMT 111- Electronic Devices COURSE OUTCOMES CO1 : Ability to understand the fundamental concept of electronic device. CO2 : Ability to recognize the basic operation of electronic devices such as diodes, BJT and FET transistors. CO3 : Ability to design and analyze the basic biasing circuits using data sheets. CO4 : Ability to apply both theoritical and practical aspect of electronic devices application.
