Semi-automated computer aided calibration of pressure gauges with EasyCal. (The pressure values have to set via a pressure source (test pump) acc. to the display of the test item and confirmed by a mouse-click.) Fully-automated computer aided calibration of pressure transmitters with EasyCal. (The Pressure controller CPC 8000 automatically generates the pressure values given by EasyCal. Both measurement values will be given by EasyCal imported to EasyCal and evaluated.) EasyCal calibration assistant will lead in 6 steps through the calibration. There are 2 different possibilities of a calibration with EasyCal.
4
Application: Calibration of a pressure gauge with accuracy 1,0%. As reference item there is a CPH 6200 with accuracy 0,2%. Interface cable Test item accuracy 1,0% Calibration item accuracy 0,2% Test-pump to generate pressure Semi-automated computer aided calibration of pressure gauges with EasyCal

General: A calibration is done by a direct comparison between the measured values of the calibration object (test item) and those of the reference or working standard, which is directly or indirectly traceable to a national standard. Calibration procedure: The pressure values of the Test Cycle will be calculated by the Software EasyCal.* Each time the recommended pressure value has to be set via a pressure source (test pump) acc. to the display of the test item. (Notice: the pressure should not over-shoot to detect the hysteresis of the test item). Is the respective pressure set, user informs the software via a mouse-click/Enter-key and the value of the reference/CPH 6200 is read in via the RS-232/USB interface and stored next to the recommended pressure value, which is currently shown by the test item. After all pressure values are likewise produced the software automatically do the evaluation (calculation of uncertainty and hysteresis), stores the data in an ACCESS ® -Databank and a printable Certificate is produced, which can be designed by the user (own Logo, etc). * if needed the recommended pressure values can be changed.

1.) Fully-automated computer aided calibration of pressure transmitters with EasyCal. Up to the 5. step (the calibration procedure), the fully-automated calibration runs analog to the semi-automated procedure, but the set values are generated automatically by the pressure controller and the measurement values are stored. The calibration report is also created automatically.

Pressure supply (110% FS) Test item multimeter (with shunt) PC with EasyCalIEEE-interface cableCPC 8000 Calibration procedure: The CPC 8000 will control automatically all pressure steps (one after another), recommended / calculated by the Software EasyCal. Is one pressure controlled and stable the software will read the signal of the test item via the multimeter and will give the signal to start to control the next pressure. After all pressure values are likewise produced the software automatically do the evaluation (calculation of uncertainty and hysteresis), stores the data in an ACCESS ® -Databank and a printable Certificate is produced. 1.)
