1 Specialists for Specialists
19/04/2017 360 Quality Association Specialists for Specialists Welcome everybody, Shipping lines developed 360Q in the last 5 yrs. The requirements are laid down in ‘the Code’.

2 Introduction FAST, DEDICATED and DIRECT
We are 360 Quality, an international shipping association with a keen focus on perishable products like fruit and vegetables. Being specialists for specialists, we firmly believe in the power of collaboration. Together, we cover the entire cold supply chain so we can maintain the Quality of our cargo and our relationship with the people behind it. Specialised reefer transport is our game. Longer shelf life is our aim.

3 Commercial value of 360 Quality
Specialised reefer vessels travel directly and on schedule from load to discharge ports. Transhipment is not required. Fast means shorter transit times -> longer shelf life for the retailer -> longer sales time and less costs for wasted fruit. FAST Using our knowledge of perishable transports, we have developed and implemented the 360 Quality requirements for vessels and terminals. We check the Quality of the cargo throughout the supply chain. We align supply chain partners and intervene when necessary. Dedicated means that we transport and deliver cargo in the best possible condition to the satisfaction of our customers. DEDICATED We are in direct contact with all partners in the supply chain. We know the requirements of the trade and cooperate in teams. We are close to the cargo and to our customers. We are specialists for specialists. Direct means reaching the best results through cooperation with supply chain partners and building up knowledge together. DIRECT

4 Adding value Fast is also transport Fruit-port-to-Fruit-port avoiding congested terminals and maintaining schedule integrity. “We are arriving nearly 2 weeks ahead of the containers.” Being dedicated is another major advantage. “Reefer ships are the best option available at keeping fruit at a consistent temperature”. During shipping, we keep in direct contact with the products. “We can monitor the progress of the voyage 24/7 with current details of temperatures, CO2 readings and ventilation levels.”
