Environment Policy Environmental Management System meets the requirements of ISO 14001:2004. -217 million roubles were assigned for environment activities. -Actual volume of emission of contaminating substances into ambient air are 354 tons lower than the permitted ones. -The volume of contaminated air emission done by JSC Nizhnekamskshina is less than 3% in relation to the overall emissions volume made by all production plants of the Nizhnekamsk industrial unit. 5

7. Production equipment The program of refurbishment of production equipment is in force. A new equipment is being continuously purchased & installed.
