Rixonway is a manufacturer of ready built kitchens in volume We offer a market leading “direct from the factory” delivery lead-time of 6 days Kitchen cabinets and cut worktops are made to order Product manufactured to highest quality – BS Standards/FIRA Gold Competitive pricing – rigid ready built kitchens manufactured to order average price £500 Survey/design each individual property (54 designers/contract managers) We cut and edge our own cabinet panels from raw chipboard We deliver our product on our own fleet nationwide Focus on exceptional customer service – making it “easy” for the customer to deal with us.

6 C2O – configure to order C2O is Rixonway’s product configurator. The user is guided through available options and choices for the kitchen. Only workable specification options will be allowed. Specification that cannot be made are not possible. Correct products, components, operations, dimensions, costs, delivery lead- time, pricing and calculations stay connected to orders. Rules based bill of materials. Drives the manufacturing processes and machinery.

9 Deliveries 99% + OTIF (On time In full) Ensphere/Rixonway implemented a shop floor data capture system The bar-coding system covered the following transactions: Works Order Completions/PO Receipts/WIP Tracking/Stock Issues/Production Issues/Bin To Bin/Production Receipts/Trailer Loading We use 50 barcode scanners, over 7 departments Ensphere/Rixonway started the project from the finished goods side and completed the project in the raw material stores Ensphere used bespoke screens to shape the process around Rixonway’s requirements.

10 Delivered benefits of Bar-coding Rixonway’s delivery performance increased from 75% to 99% Real time stock levels. Reduced the production planning window, reduced stock levels in general, increased stock availability of panels, enabled the business to track material wastage and improved our financial reporting Reduced the number of shortages and mixed deliveries Real-time manufacturing KPI’s/Reporting Feeds real-time data back to Preactor for Production Planning Reduces the skills necessary to run an efficient manufacturing and distribution operation

11 Providing a scalable business platform to increase profitability Due to seasonally of the business, automating as many back-office processes is an advantage to the business The following transactions have been automated: Sales Order Processing, Works Order Creation, Transport Planning, BOM Calculation, Just In Time Label printing Most of the factory machinery is integrated via middleware to reduce errors and provide scalability Over 200 Crystal reports provide Pick Lists and Labels to aid the manufacturing process We have on average over 1 million stock history transactions per month 62% of our invoices are sent to customer via EDI, XML, AS2 etc…

12 Giving Rixonway a competitive edge in the market Customer service Extranet is used by 80% of the customer based. This reduces the soft costs of trading with Rixonway Kitchens Call Off Manager. This allows our customers to control their procurement and automate their back-office documents 3D Online designer. This allows our customer to design a kitchen in 3D and place an order.
