Electronic Driver Logs

Introduction Navman Wireless can provide its customers with the ability to electronically collect and manage driver log information. The in-vehicle hardware requires an M-Nav800, EMS (DCU or NavCAN) and Qube Instructions contained in this manual will allow the installation and configuration of the eFleet Software. Software Installation On M-Nav800
Ensure the M-Nav is powered on and has enough battery power stored or provided to complete the update. Open the SD slot cover on the top of the M-NAV: Insert the SD card with the metal pins down, facing forward. Make sure to press down until it “clicks” in. The slot is narrow, so a small object such as a penny may be helpful to push it all the way in. Confidential | 3

Software Installation On M-Nav800 Continued
Eject the SD card by pushing it further into the slot and allowing it to pop out. Close the SD slot cover. Wait for the M-NAV to finish loading. Select a language, then press “Accept”. The disclaimer will appear; press “Accept”. Note: If the green check mark does not appear, or the progress bar does not complete, eject the SD card by pushing it further into the slot and allowing it to pop out. Reinsert the SD card and wait another few minutes until you see this exact screen. Confidential | 4

Hardware Configuration in AVL2
After the software is loaded on to the M-Nav800 a device settings change must be applied through the Navman Wireless Online AVL2 system. Please contact Customer support and request “3rd Party Login” to be enabled for the vehicle. (Option 2) Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time

M-Nav Provisioning Process: Vehicle ID
The first screen that appears on the M-Nav will ask for the Vehicle ID Vehicle ID must be the official fleet number used to identify that vehicle Always confirm Vehicle ID information with the customer prior to starting the testing and configuration process Confidential | 6

M-Nav Provisioning Process: Device ID
Device ID: should be the M-Nav full serial number The M-Nav serial number is located on the back of the display and starts with 0820xxxxxxx Serial number is also available in the display Settings menu under “About M-Nav”

M-Nav Provisioning Process: Organization ID and Provision Key
Organization ID: Provided on Dispatch form from NAVMAN WIRELESS (case sensitive) Provision Key: Provided on Dispatch form from NAVMAN WIRELESS (case sensitive) When entering the Organization ID and Provision Key please use care to use the correct capital or lower case letters

M-Nav Provisioning Process: Provisioning
Once the Vehicle and Provisioning information is entered the ISE software will launch. The provisioning process takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Verification Once the M-Nav is Provisioned the system will prompt the user to log in. Log in with the Installer ID number: Click the “Sign In” button.

Verification Continued
Upon Log In the system will download logs, this may take up to 2 minutes After logs download select the “Change Status” Button

Verification Testing Continued
Select the “Driver” status The system will prompt a DVIR Complete the DVIR, do not complete a full vehicle inspection, use the “safe to operate” button

Verification Continued
Log off by pressing the “Change Status” button and selecting “Off Duty” The system will prompt another DVIR report Verification complete
