Airtel will create a parallel -id for you on Office365 The username and password of this account will be mailed to you on your existing airtelmail.in Once you get the user-name and the password, you are requested to login to Microsoft site to access your account first time. 1. Login to the portal using the user ID and the temporary password you would have received from airtel on your airtelmail.in . 2. On your first login, the system will ask you to change your password 3. Use the new password to login back

Click on Outlook to open your interface.

Select “English” for Language
1 2 3 For first time use, Microsoft Outlook Web Apps will ask you to specify your preferred language and Time Zone. Select “English” for Language Select “(UTC+5.30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi as your Time Zone. Click OK Button

This (the all new Microsoft Outlook Web Apps) will be your professional email interface.

BACKUP YOUR S

Airtel strongly recommend to take backup of all your data from existing platform.
This is recommended even if you have successfully migrated all your data to new platform. To take backup, please access the below URL and follow the suggested steps.

TRANSFER YOUR S

Open your AIRTELMAIL account in a separate window.
Click on Options and ‘Settings’ [See top right corner]

Select ‘Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Select “Enable POP for all mail (even mail that’s already been downloaded)” if not selected already Click “Save Changes”

Sign Out from the old airtelmail account
Open your new airtelmail account in a separate window using

We will now start the journey of getting your previous emails.
Click on Options. Click on “All Options”

Click on “Connected Accounts”

All your previous emails start appearing in the Inbox

CUT-OFF MIGRATION: ONCE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED ALL YOUR EMAILS TO THE NEW ACCOUNT

ALL YOUR PRECIOUS EMAILS SHOW UP IN INBOX

ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED DOWNLOADING ALL EMAILS TILL
THE LAST DATE, Click on Options, More Options Select the Account Name from the List and Delete the connection.

POST CUT-OFF: Login with your old airtelmail username and new password. ALL PREVIOUS S WILL BE RETAINED IN THE NEW INTERFACE

Great Achievement! Now all your old s are there in your new Exchange Online mailbox powered by Microsoft Office 365.
