What other ways can you practise mental maths skills?
Times tables to 12 x 12 – regular ongoing practice, relating these to division facts: throwing a ball walking up and down steps skipping rope throwing two/three dice online maths games Addition facts maths skills packs from school games – monopoly, frustration, cards Multiplying by 10, 100, understanding the place value of digits in numbers and how each digit moves 10 x larger or smaller depending on multiplying OR dividing
