Do o Treat them like any other student o Let them tell you what they want and if they need something o Help them get the answer, do not give it to them o Have a special sign that you know that the students know the answer Don’t *Do not talk to them as if they cannot talk *Do not talk down to them *Do not just think because they have a disability they do not know the answer *Do not point them out. It makes them feel like an outcast *Do not call them handicap. Think before you talk, calling them handicap is rude
