 Facts about it:  Hourly pay/ salary: $49.94 hourly, $103,870 annual  Description: Perform engineering duties in designing, constructing, and testing aircraft, missiles, and spacecraft. May conduct basic and applied research to evaluate adaptability of materials and equipment to aircraft design and manufacture. May recommend improvements in testing equipment and techniques.

 Degree needed: bachelor’s degree in aeronautical  Possible jobs: Aerospace Engineer, Flight Test Engineer, Design Engineer, Systems Engineer, Structures Engineer, Test Engineer, Aeronautical Engineer, Aerospace Stress Engineer, Avionics Engineer, Flight Systems Test Engineer.  Time needed: Most of these occupations require a four-year bachelor's degree, but some do not.

 Simulation software  Aerodynamically tuned software  Wind tunnel  I like to build things. This is why I chose aerospace engineering. I like things that fly.

 Description:  Conduct research on nuclear engineering projects or apply principles and theory of nuclear science to problems concerned with release, control, and use of nuclear energy and nuclear waste disposal.  Yearly pay/ hourly pay: $48.85 hourly, $101,600 annual  This occupation may require a background in the following science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) educational disciplines:  Bachelor’s degree

 Related jobs: Engineer, Nuclear Engineer, Nuclear Reactor Engineer, Nuclear Licensing Engineer, Nuclear Design Engineer, System Engineer, Resident Inspector, Scientist, Criticality Safety Engineer, Generation Engineer  Degree: most need a two years bachelor degree

Desktop computers Facial shields — Face masks Nuclear reactor control rod systems — Reactivity computer systems Nuclear tools — Nuclear wireline logging instruments Respirators I like or want to due this job to help the world find a better energy source. I like dealing with science and atoms.
