Challenges 3 age groups amongst the 50+ with different needs –Senior but not yet retired –Retired but independent –Retired but dependent Fear of technology Underestimation of the benefit (‘for what the hell do I need this’?) Costs. Problem especially in poorer countries (East) Varying degrees of intensity of countries’ elderly strategy (e.g. e-health is not a big topic in Eastern Europe)
