2. Norwegian Workshop Madrid 2010 September 30th, 2010
Dear Partner,
As every year, we are organizing our Annual Workshop in Spain, an unique opportunity to meet personally the Spanis travel trade and introduce and promote your products in this market.
This year we are running a Norwegian Workshop. We hope this would give you the chance to have more meetings since there will be less number of exhibitors.
We have also changed the location of the event. We have chosen Hotel de las Letras, which is a boutique hotel recently opened in Gran Vía, with a convenient location and very good facilities.
We will start the workshop at 10:00 and finish at 17:30. A buffet/cocktail lunch will be served between and in the same meeting room.
We will close the event with a big party for travel agencies in a famous disco at Madrid.
As always, our priority will be tour operators working with Scandinavia but we will also invite new operators, incentive agencies and big travel agencies dealing with leisure and groups.
If you have not booked your participation for the workshop, the deadline for both forms is July 10. We recommend you to book as early as possible. Space is limited and we will attend the demands by order of request.

During the workshop, coffee service.
Innovation Norway will prepay all hotels, and will bill you afterwards. Personal expenses and consumption must by paid by each participant when checking out.
Final report with complete information about assistants.
