TRAFFITECH XTS Transport supplier Customer Warehouse/ Supplier A customer order is made by a customer After processing the order is released for picking Simultaneously order info is transferred to XTS where load planning automatically takes place Initial price calculation is done and booking information is made available in real time for the transport supplier via a specific Web interface, mail or EDI The process is repeated until time for order stop When picking is finalized, volumes are confirmed and load planning and price calculation are remade. The final booking information is made available to the transport supplier. Waybill is printed and transport takes place Order to Transport process

4. Self billing process XTS Transport supplier Supplier Accounting & payment After transport have taken place, the transport supplier accepts the price via Web interface Payment and accounting information is transferred from XTS to accounting and payment system A invoice is generated by XTS in the name of the transport supplier. The invoice is mailed in PDF format to the transport supplier and stored locally for reference. The payment takes place according to agreed payment conditions
