The Functions Of Your Liver Your liver cleanses your body of things like alcohol and bacteria. It produces certain substances, like one that helps your blood clot. It produces bile, a substance that helps you digest food. When you get liver cancer, your liver stops producing these important substances. This Is Where The Liver Is Located

Healthy/Cancerous Liver A healthy liver is reddish-brown and has no spots, cists or holes. A cancerous liver is brighter red and has many spots and lumps. A cancerous liver also can develop holes. Cancerous Liver Cancerous

Stages Of Liver Cancer… 1.Stage I - Liver Cancer is localized and can be surgically removed. 2.Stage II – A Few Tumors Are Present, But They’re Confined To One Lobe 3.Stage III A – Hasn’t spread to other organs or lymph nodes. 4.Stage III B - Cancer has spread to adjacent lymph nodes but not to other organs. 5.Stage IV - Terminal

Overall View Of Liver Cancer To wrap it up, liver cancer is a cancer that starts in your liver. It’s not a cancer that spreads from another part of your body. Your liver is an important organ and liver cancer can be fatal. There are many effects of liver cancer, but some of them could be jaundice, indigestion, a swollen liver, or allergies. There are many stages of liver cancer, with four being terminal.
