9. NEW: PhD Program Expands to Singapore Choice of Singapore or Fontainebleau campus, support for some study period on the respective other campus and with the possibility to swap campus. 17. Admissions Very selective – only about 5% of applicants are chosen, based on intellectual capability, curiosity and energy. Applicants must hold a University-level degree and have a working knowledge of English. GMAT & TOEFL requirements. There is no particular requirement concerning fields of study at the undergraduate level.
