22 Creating the links to the Skillsoft courses Search for course using course number or name e.g. “Using Strategic Thinking Skills” On the course page select “share” Copy the URL in the pop up window

23 Creating the links to the Skillsoft courses 1.Select the Course name in the Power point slide 2.Right mouse click and select hyperlink 3.Paste the URL from the Skillsoft course into the address field 4.Select OK and the link is now active in presentation mode

24 Creating the PowerPoint Show File for Distribution 1.To have an un-editable, fixed navigation file for distribution the presentation needs to be saved as a PowerPoint Show file. 2.This can then be placed on the intranet, the BMS or elsewhere for downloading; it can also be emailed. The only limitation in its execution is access to the internet. 3.In this form (PowerPoint Show file) these instruction slides are inaccessible. Unrestricted navigation between slides is also not possible, navigation is controlled by the hyperlinks present in the consulting curricula and through the navigation icons at the top left hand side of each slide.

25 Operating Instructions - Background Consulting Model –The portal is designed to simplify identification of appropriate courses from those available by grouping them according to the Terra Firma Consulting Model. –All courses are available to all levels of experience, though it is strongly recommended that you ensure that you have adequate knowledge before jumping too far ahead. –The TF PDP process will identify both mandatory and optional courses for you to complete. It is also up to you to provide your own stretch goals by attempting courses that either take your interest or address an area that you feel the need to strengthen. Navigation
