2. Process Preseason allocation is made based on NDI while considering Stock standards at article level at shop. In season process is divided in three major streams Assorted Single Orders Size level Assorted is performed for Imports across all network & All sources to NON EPOS shops. Single order are raised as required (Party Orders – Liza @ Soul etc, International Business Kenya & UAE) Size levels are done for Repl. Groups ABC only. Shop scheduling is done at the start of each month Replenishment clusters are formed External Brand replenishment is made in advance – before receiving at source to cross dock to shops. Category/brand level shares also ensured.
