2.  All students receiving Protected Health Information (PHI) (aka all clinical students) must complete “VHA Mandatory Training for Trainees” available in the VA’s Talent Management System training (TMS): ◦ As a requirement for in-processing/access to the VA for clinical site attendance ◦ Annually if returning to VA for clinical experiences  Students will need to login to the VA’s education management system (TMS) prior to each clinical rotation to ensure compliance with annual review requirements  Students who do not maintain compliance with education requirements for Trainees cannot attend clinical/receive access to student rotations at the VA. 4.  Access both mandatory modules from this website:  Go to https://www.tms.va.gov and click on the “Create New User” link on the TMS to gain access.https://www.tms.va.gov
