Objectives To Promote National Team Unity To Develop National Team Psychology To Reach New Goals by Medaling in Power International Events To Develop our Best Swimmers To Educate To Change in order to Improve Turkey Swimming at all levels To Develop a new “race fit” generation of swimmers

Long Term Goals long term development and season planning focused on two performance windows per year highlighting the European Games/LEN Championships, FINA World and Junior World Championships, Regional events and Olympic Games between 2014 and 2020 a. sound competition and training calendar (camps, selection of athletes and coaches) b. proper allocation of resources and development of High Performance Centers Identify potential National Team athletes and coaches that are committed to long term development and willing to work together for our common good based on Turkish National Competition results and international events

Short Term Goals define explicit policies and procedures that will enable our National Team to operate in the most efficient manner create new education and sponsorship opportunities for coaches, athletes, parents, TYF staff and officials establish an electronic entry, time and information management system for all events. win medals at all international events (Youth, Junior and Senior)

National Team Development Get to know the coaches by establishing a mutual and trusting relationship along with their staff/unifying the theme that the Clubs and National Team will be healthier when both do better at all levels and especially at the International Level. Only through dialogue and communication can we create a new system that will render the desired results Club visits - share high performance information along with topics of local and regional interest.

Mental and Physical Development of the athlete develop athletes that are race fit and prepared for all competitions. Expectations are high and results are expected at every stop. increase number of events swum by athletes at National and International events improve race day procedures at all events athletes between the ages of 12 and 17 are the key the window for aerobic development is now our main focus is to empower the athletes by addressing their Mental Tool Development

“Race Fit” Athletes Competitions and Training Camps establish multiple yearly training camps for the National and Junior National Team members that will compliment their training schedule and long term goals. Competitions in Europe and USA, FINA WC and GP events. Exchanges with other International Powers = Turkcell Project, Marseilles, Spain
