FACTS ASEAN stands for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and was founded on 8 th August, 1967, in Bangkok, Thailand. There are ten countries in this organization. They are Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia.
