20 Questions follow this format: 1.Ask about what attracted the person to his or her profession or to the company. 2.Ask about a high point on the iteration/release/project where the person was at his or her best. 3.Ask what made it a high point. 4.Ask who else was present and what the circumstances were. 5.Ask about wishes for future projects.
