- We should eat 3-6 times a day. -The diet should always include breakfast (which many of us often forget), snack, lunch, snack and dinner.

-white sugar -white flour -meals from fast food -salt -coffee -sweet lemonade -harmful fats

It should include lots of fruit, vegetables, dairy and bakery products (especially whole grain bread). Another important meal is lunch. Here we should avoid fried food (steaks, french fries). During lunch should also be vegetables or fruit.

My opinion on healthy food is plain. Each of us should have a proper diet. We should live and eat healthily.
