For promotion on next rank, IR has to achieve the targeted 300 BV in a payout, achieving from 1 st rank to 2 nd a member has to achieve the 5000 GBV in a payout and 2 nd rank to 3 rd a member can achieve the target by accumulating the last month GBV and can promote to next rank.
