WHAT IS LEAN? “ A practical way of using the experiences of front line staff and Customers – to continually improve services” Identifying & eliminating WASTE Continuous Improvement Adding value at each stage of the process Providing what the Customer wants!

Essential to the Success of Lean - It must be part of the organisation’s “Philosophy & Culture” - that WE create! LEAN should be part of our everyday work, not something we visit now and then
