2. WHAT ARE DIRECT OBJECTS? A direct object is a person or a thing in a sentence that receives the action of the verb. A direct object answers the questions: Who? What?

6. USING THEM IN SPANISH *Direct Object Pronouns go BEFORE THE CONJUGATED VERB. *DOPs also replace the object in the sentence.
