U Explore Classes UExplore classes are classes offered at the University that allow students the ability to go on field trips (often times multiple days) with other students interested in the same are. 7. Recreation Industry Parks Recreation & Tourism is the biggest industry in the world. When looking for a job outside of college it can sometimes be overwhelming. With a PRT degree there are endless options that open up. Whether you want to work in hotels, for therapeutic reasons, be an local recreation center counselor, or manage your own recreation business. The world becomes your playground and ultimately your office.

8. What you could do with Commercial Recreation One of The University of Utah’s alumni, Jared Hopkinson, was a graduate with a degree in PRT and an emphasis in Commercial Recreation.
