13 Explanation Card Activity Directions: 1. Class will be broken up into pairs 2. Each group will receive explanation cards 3. Group your explanation cards based on your knowledge of the classical religions 4. Share your findings with your table 5. Share with class

14 Fishbowl Group discussion on religious tolerance in the past and present Volunteers will go to the middle of the fishbowl to begin the discussion Other volunteers can join the fishbowl discussion whenever they have something to say When someone new joins the fishbowl, someone must leave the circle Things to consider: Why is tolerance important? Is tolerance practiced in today’s world?
