The Country Arrangement The Czech Republic is divided into 3 parts: Bohemia (Česko), Moravia (Morava), Silesia (Slezsko) and into 14 regions The Czech Republic was declared in 1.1.1993 Population density is 133 people per square kilometer The Goverment is Parlamentary type with President as a main representative The Czech Republics currency is Czech Crown, which is about 1/25 Eur

Other Properties Main and the only official language is Czech language Main foreign language taught in The Czech Republic is English The Czech Republic operates in many institutions such as OSN, EU, NATO, OECD

Language Czech language is unique, contains about 300 000 words Strč prst skrz krk, means something like put your finger through your neck, it does not make any sense, but it is an excercise for foreigners who want to learn Czech Language. Seriously, try yourselves!

Nature The Czech Republic does not have any sea, but we have a lot of mountains, some of them are popular ski centers, some are protected nature reservations such as Šumava and Giant Mountains Four seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter change during the year

Customs and traditions Christmas – decorate scruce, waiting for Christbaby, eating the Carp, potatoe salad, cookies, after dinner, Christmas presents are given in family Easter –Every year boys are whipping girls to improve their health. Boys are rewarded by painted Easter eggs
