2. Tips Get your eGCC ID/username Open Outlook Express –Softricity may have lost it, browse if necessary Open Tools → Accounts Select NEW → Email account This starts a Wizard to create your account

4. Select Tools/Accounts…

5. Select Add → Mail…

6. Wizard started, enter your formal name for display name.

7. Add: eGCCusername@student.gc.maricopa.edu

8. Change to IMAP!!

9. Enter eGCC username and password

10. Change studentid in the email address to YOUR username!

11. Here is where it reads student.gc.maricopa.edu which is changed below to read “John Q Smith”. Leave it as is since it identifies the server or name it “eGCC student”.

12. Click on OK, click on OK again to download your IMAP folders, select each folder for synchronization, and click synchronize. Then click on your inbox to see your email.
