Russian Federation participates in Enterprise Europe Network under Article 21.5 of CIP via Gate2RuBIN project Russian Agency for Small and Medium Business Support (RA) Module A (former Euro Info Correspondence Centre) since 1992, 50 SIORA network members in 50 regions of the RF. Russian Technology Transfer Network (RTTN) Nonprofit Partnership Module B since 2001, 65 members in 29 regions of Russia and 3 CIS countries. Union of Innovation Technology Centers of Russia (RUITC), coordinator Module C since 2002, 31 members in 19 regions of the RF. Gate2RuBIN consortium THE MAIN GOALS ARE: - assistance to the development of international and technological business co-operation between SMEs, R&D organizations - support infrastructure of Russia and EU, contributing to their competitiveness The Consortium receives the public support for implementation of Gate2RuBIN’s project from the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation (MED RF) and the State Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE). Provide up-to-date information on European and Russian Directives and Regulations; Provide specialised advice and assistance about European issues and policies; Dissemination of RU and EU business requests and offers for cooperation in various forms: -joint ventures, -distribution, -trade, etc.; Follow-up of started communications. Examples of partnerships (1) Fructal and Dia-Vesta share same vision of healthy and responsible production. After presentation of both companies, meeting held and visit of production site, both companies agree to proceed with joint project – production of fruit snack-bars with probiotics (bifido- and lactobacteria). Examples of partnerships (2) 23 Region LLC (Russia) Keramos 2 srl (Italy) Commercial agreement on distribution of Italian ceramic facing materials on south territories of Russia between Keramos 2 srl and 23 region LLC. Agreement recons on possibility of creation of joint Italian-Russian production company in Krasnodar region.

Fruktolina (Russia) Nash Sad (Poland) The intermediation of Enterprise Europe Network Russia Module A helped Russian company Fruktolina to participate at the International Event «ANFAŞ FRESH ANTALYA» in Turkey. The result was establishment of the contact with Polish Cooperative group of fruit producers Nash Sad. On January 1st, 2011 companies signed an agreement on supply of apples.
