Sample Slides Don’t overload your slides with text and pictures. Putting too much information on one slide is distracting and forces the audience to read your slide instead of listening to you speak. You want to use your slides as areas to highlight information. You should have note cards with you when you present, so you do not need to write out everything you want to say on your slide. Less is more!

Research Paper You need to have slides dedicated to the information you gained in your research paper: What did you research? What did you learn? What interesting facts came up?

Research Paper The audience wants to know about what you did this year. Share the information with them. 8-10 minute speech

Job Shadowing You need to have slides dedicated to the job shadowing experience. Where did you job shadow? What did you get to do? What did you learn? What did you like? Dislike? PICTURES ARE GOOD Respect confidentiality
