Additionally, regulation and new wage agreement in LEUMI further reduced the ROE by 0.7%. The annual net income including amortization of 52 NIS millions of investment in subsidiaries, further reduced the ROE by 0.8%. **ROE in Q4/2014 was affected by the regulatory implementation and the implementation of LEUMI wage agreement which lowered ROE by 2.4% in annual terms.
