ADMISSION PROCIDURES FOR (MASTER & PhD) الخطوةخطوات سير العملالتوصيفالشخص المسئول 1. استمارة طلب القبول تعبئة جميع الخانات في استمارة التقديم في موقع الجامعة. إرفاق المستندات المطلوبة والمنصوص عليها في الاستمارة الطالب، بمساعدة قسم التسويق 1. الدراسات العليا IAVAV (Institute Application Verified) قام النظام بتأكيد الطلب وإرسال رسالة للطالب. موظف القبول ب ال دراسات العليا IDSDS (Institute Document Submitted) قام الطالب بتحميل الوثائق IKVKV (Institute Keep In View) قام الموظف بفحص الوثائق وتأكد من عدم اكتمالها وقام بمراسلة الطالب لإكمال النواقص. IAR (Institute Application Rejected) قام الموظف برفض الطلب بناء على عدم صلاحيته. وهنا يتقدم الطالب بطلب جديد مستقبلا. IDCDC (Institute Document Completed) قام الموظف بفحص الوثائق وتأكد من اكتمالها وقام بتحويلها للدراسة. ICO (Institute Application Sent to Committee) قام الموظف بإرسال الطلب إلى اللجنة المعنية لاتخاذ القرار. IRC (Institute Application Rejected by Committee) تم رفض الطلب من قبل اللجنة لجنة القبول IAC (Institute Application Approved by Committee) تمت الموافقة من قبل اللجنة IOL (Institute Offer Letter) قام موظف القبول بإصدار إشعار القبول للطالب. موظف القبول IEN (Institute Enrolled) تم التسجيل ISR (Institute Student Record) التسجيل الطلابي IPC (Institute Program Commencement) بدء البرنامج IPT(Institute Proficiency Test Requested) المطلوب اختبار اللغةلجنة القبول
